What if a deposit didn’t go through?

There are two possible options:

1. Check if the deposit was sent

Double-check the address and transaction status on the blockchain explorer. If the transfer is visible on the blockchain but not in your wallet, contact our support team, and we’ll assist you.

2. If the transaction isn’t visible on the blockchain

This means the deposit wasn’t sent. In this case, reach out to the support team of the wallet from which the withdrawal was made.
